Window blinds for glass sliding door in the licensed space has a pull cord accessible to children Licensor observed safety gate still boxed, purposed for stairway in the licensed space. Needs to be installed to keep stairway inaccessible to children during operational hours. 4 outlets observed in the dining area that have not been made tamper-resistant, including outlet on place on kitchen counter. Two outlet on both sides of kitchen sink and outlet near bathroom sink are not tamper resistant nor GFCI type.
